It takes a series of acid digestive juices to digest the protein and a series of alkaline digestive juices to digest the starch. When you eat a protein and a starch together, they neutralize themselves and minimal digestion is the result. Thus, food does not digest, it putrefies, creating more toxins for your liver to process.\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-80005c5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"80005c5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<strong>2.
